Evaluation of processes and project results

In order to adjust the chronological phases in our work flow with the individual needs of certain types of schools, curricula and resources, the project management develops an individual schedule for each phase of the project with our partners.

It’s our goal to develop a high level of responsiveness to the needs and prospects of our partners. Above that, it is important to us to put as little weight as possible on the existing (personnel, temporal…) resources of our school partners. An ongoing evaluation of our performance in the field helps us, to achieve these goals and to develop a reliable and sustainable culture of doing project work at schools.

Evaluation focus in the summer and winter terms 2017:

  • Temporal and spatial conception of the individual project phases
